Abstract

L'expression du stress dans les entreprises s'accompagne souvent d'une remise en cause des pratiques de gestion et d'encadrement des personnes. Nous considérons que ce phénomène révèle les imperfections de la fonction hiérarchique telle qu'elle est exercée aujourd'hui. Le stress que nous qualifions de dysfonctionnel cristallise ainsi les défauts du management mis en œuvre par les responsables hiérarchiques dans certaines organisations.
