Abstract

Le management interculturel se fonde sur un effort permanent de remise en question de repères culturels acquis et ressentis comme universels. Ce livre s'appuie sur des travaux de recherche et sur des témoignages d'expériences pratiques. Il défend l'urgence d'un management interculturel au lieu d'une gestion de la diversité risquant d'assigner des individus à résidence identitaire, et intègre les apports de l'ethnopsychanalyse.
