Abstract

This article presents the qualitative and lexicometric analysis of 540 responses to an online survey opened on March 15, 2020, which collected feedback on the food topic during the containment related to the Covid-19 crisis. The material collected focuses on local food systems. Analysed according to three approaches (multi-level perspective, social innovation, territorial governance), it details adaptations and innovations in these systems.
