Abstract

Ce cas constitue une mise en situation des compétences de conseil en innovation collaborative. Il s'agit d'un métier émergent compte tenu des évolutions des stratégies d'entreprises vers des stratégies collectives, épaulées par le gouvernement. Le cas se focalise sur la maturité en matière de gestion des connaissances qui constituent le principal prérequis pour l'innovation dont le manque pousse les entreprises à collaborer avec des partenaires. Suite à une investigation théorique, les équipes de 2 ou 3 apprenants identifient et font adhérer une entreprise à la mission de conseil. Après la préparation et le déroulement de la mission avec elle, les apprenants réalisent une synthèse permettant de vérifier l'atteinte des objectifs d'apprentissage. Au fur et à mesure, ils sont guidés par un outil mis à leur disposition et conçu à partir des applications antérieures du cas.
