Abstract

Le management des équipes multiculturelles est un sujet qui se trouve au cœur de l'actualité. Nous vivons aujourd'hui le processus d'internationalisation des entreprises qui s'intensifie dans le monde. Ce phénomène change l'environnement du travail autant pour les dirigeants d'entreprises que pour le personnel. Les directeurs des ressources humaines doivent savoir comment gérer l'aspect multiculturel de l'entreprise et coordonner le travail entre plusieurs cultures différentes. Ce sujet d'actualité s'intéresse à la gestion des équipes pluriculturelles et cherche à savoir comment on gère ces équipes. Il est question d'étudier le fonctionnement de ce type d'équipe de travail pour voir comment se font les prises de décision, les interrelations, les règles au sein du groupe, mais aussi quel est l'impact des stéréotypes sur les actions produites et comment on peut les surmonter dans la gestion de l'équipe. L'étude a pour but de développer une compréhension de la réalité sociale et par ce biais de trouver des outils pour le management des équipes multiculturelles. Elle cherche à répondre aux questionnements des managers mais aussi à ceux des étudiants en management.
