Abstract

« Les fonctions sociales sont des fictions sociales. » 2 Nous discutons la domination de l'image de l'expert dans les sciences de gestion et la tendance à réduire ce domaine-qui prétend au statut de science à part entière-à quelques recettes soumises aux effets de mode. Cette domination est expliquée par certains mythes qui font en sorte que les gestionnaires restent enfermés dans cette obligation d'apporter des réponses simples et passe-partout. Enfin, nous présentons les axes que les gestionnaires devraient intégrer à leur réflexion afin de ne pas succomber à la réduction des sciences de gestion à quelques recettes offertes au plus offrant.
