L'internationalisation des entreprises chinoises est-elle différente de celle des multinationales classiques ? Une étude qualitative

Abstract

Ce texte porte sur une analyse des cadres théoriques : le paradigme éclectique et le modèle LLL quant à l'étude des multinationales chinoises. Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes basés sur les recherches antérieures relatives aux multinationales chinoises et celles des pays émergents, ainsi que les recherches centrées sur les deux approches théoriques citées. Nous avons en outre réalisé une étude exploratoire portant sur 8 entreprises chinoises identifiées dans les articles de recherche et de presse économique majeure. Finalement, nous proposons d'intégré le modèle LLL dans le modèle OLI pour fournir un seul cadre quant à l'étude des multinationales.
