Ozarium : de l'aquarium au poisson jardinier

Abstract

Faire pousser des plantes au-dessus d'un aquarium : tel est le concept d'Ozarium, le produit leader de l'entreprise CitizenFarm, un mini-écosystème symbiose du monde animal et du monde végétal. Cette étude réalisée en 2017 en collaboration avec l'entreprise CitizenFarm questionne la problématique actuelle de l'entreprise : malgré tout l'intérêt du produit Ozarium, les ventes stagnent. Un questionnement sur les dimensions de l'expérience de consommation adaptées à Ozarium pourrait apporter un nouveau souffle stratégique, et à terme, permettre à CitizenFarm de lancer une gamme de produits à plus forte valeur ajoutée. L'expérience de consommation, axe de recherche majeur en comportement du consommateur est ainsi le concept sur lequel porte ce mini-cas.
