De l'ethos du territoire aux ethos professionnels

Abstract

Le concept d'ethos jouit d'un regain d'intérêt. Hérité des philosophes antiques, il trouve aujourd'hui des prolongements dans de nombreuses sciences humaines. Il est en effet utilisé pour « comprendre et qualifier la rationalité socialement et éthiquement encastrée des conduites sociales » (Fusulier, 2011). Nous cherchons ici à savoir si les Maisons de Santé Pluri professionnelles (MSP) sont le fruit d'un ethos du territoire (logique de production) et si elles produisent en retour un ethos particulier (logique productive) notamment un ethos professionnel qui caractériserait les professionnels de santé qui y travaillent. Il apparaît en effet que les MSP sont le fruit d'un ethos du territoire dans le sens où elles répondent à des besoins qui s'expriment territorialement par rapport aux spécificités d'une population donnée et à la façon dont une réponse est apportée en termes d'aménagement et de services. Mais ces MSP produisent également un ethos professionnel singulier qui se traduit organisationnellement dans des pratiques collectives de coopération. Elles sont à la fois lieu de transformation du rapport aux soins et à la patientèle (responsabilité populationnelle, approche centrée sur le patient, santé communautaire) et un lieu de transformation professionnelle (coordination, gouvernance, articulation vie professionnelle/vie privée etc.).
