Abstract

Si une programmation opératoire efficiente constitue la pierre angulaire de toute l'organisation du bloc opératoire, son insuffisance peut aussi être la source de graves dysfonctionnements. L'utilisation d'outils d'analyse issus du monde industriel nous a permis d'identifier et de porter un regard critique pertinent sur les problématiques soulevées, en vue de leur résolution et dans le but de réduire le gaspillage non négligeable des ressources, prouvant par là même l'applicabilité possible et utile de ces méthodes de management industrielles au monde de la santé. Cependant, la recherche de solutions doit composer avec un facteur humain prévalent dans l'univers des soins. Mots clés: programmation opératoire, indicateurs de performance, arbre fonctionnel, lean management.
