Abstract

Cette communication repose sur les résultats d'une recherche-intervention menée dans un établissement hospitalier de la périphérie parisienne pendant près de 5 ans. La problématique de ce travail de recherche est articulée autour de l'idée que si les fenêtres d'opportunité à l'action de changement sont nombreuses à l'hôpital, ce même hôpital reste démuni pour catalyser et piloter le changement organisationnel et plus particulièrement pour concevoir les projets de changement. Cette communication propose à partir des résultats de notre recherche et en s'inspirant des démarches d'analyse et de management par la valeur, une heuristique du changement organisationnel et la décline en un modèle opératoire pour le manager hospitalier.
