Quelle stratégie énergétique pour l'Europe ?

Abstract

La problématique énergétique en Europe ne peut se limiter à la lutte contre le réchauffement climatique relancée par les récents accords de Paris, lors de la COP 21. Elle doit s'étendre aux diverses techniques d'innovation permettant une meilleure efficacité de la production et de l'utilisation énergétique. La réalisation de ce double objectif impose à l'Europe de passer d'une économie dictée par l'offre à une économie guidée par la demande, mais aussi d'une stratégie de substitution à une stratégie d'optimisation.
