Abstract

L'innovation fait partie des sujets phares du moment. Très étudiée au niveau académique, cette notion est devenue en une dizaine d'années une injonction systématique dans la plupart des organisations, qu'elles soient publiques ou privées, associatives ou à but lucratif. Pourtant, il est très rare de voir praticiens et chercheurs universitaires s'en saisir ensemble. D'un côté les enseignants-chercheurs développent les concepts et théories de l'innovation, de l'autre, les professionnels expérimentent sur le terrain sans véritable boussole. Face à cette situation paradoxale, Entreprendre & Innover, de par sa culture de transfert des savoirs académiques vers la pratique, a voulu consacrer un numéro à l'Innovation, « au pluriel ». Car l'innovation est aujourd'hui très éclatée : elle peut être, entre autres, technologique, sociale, organisationnelle, inclusive, ou disruptive... ce que reflètent les articles de ce dossier.
