Abstract

The pandemic experience to date has revealed several dimensions of vulnerability in the work world. Within the current context of crisis and confinement in which new divisions of labor are becoming evident, the purpose of this essay is to encourage collective reflection on the challenges that can lead to the construction of a new paradigm for the world of work. In order to emerge from this crisis, it will be imperative to reorganize working conditions and the relationship with work, based on the ability to craft alternatives that prioritize health and safety and that avoid recreating deviations from the pre-pandemic context
