Abstract

Cet article constitue un retour d'expérience d'une collaboration entre chercheur et praticiens dans le cadre d'une thèse de doctorat en sciences de gestion sous convention Cifre. La collaboration tripartite – entre le doctorant, l'entreprise (Enza Management Consulting, cabinet de conseil en management d'une quarantaine de consultants) et l'université (Paris Dauphine-PSL) – a duré quatre ans, de la constitution du dossier scientifique jusqu'à la soutenance de thèse. Cet article partage à la fois les connaissances issues des résultats de la recherche ainsi que les synergies recherche-pratique, fruit d'une étroite collaboration, participant à dépasser le dilemme entre rigueur académique et pertinence pratique (Carton et Mouricou, 2017).
