Abstract

Notre recherche se focalise sur l'étude des compétences collectives et leur développement dans le contexte particulier de la McDonaldisation. A cet effet, nous nous penchons sur le cas des équipes restaurant de McDonald's afin de décrire et de comprendre l'approche des compétences collectives et leur développement. Nous proposons à l'issue de notre analyse un résultat inattendu de notre recherche qui nous pousse à considérer le rôle distingué qu'assure le style de management dans le développement des compétences collectives et comment il contribue à une meilleure gestion des compétences collectives.
