Abstract

Ce cas étudie la situation d'un Prestataire de Service de Logistique Urbaine, CityHub, confronté aux conséquences économiques et organisationnelles de la crise du Covid-19. Bien que l'entreprise adapte rapidement et efficacement ses pratiques de travail et ses processus opérationnels, son activité est en net recul à la fin de la période de confinement. La directrice générale, Madame Emblas, demande à son directeur de l'innovation, Monsieur Grond, de gérer un projet consacré au développement de solutions qui permettraient à CityHub d'être proactif - et non plus simplement réactif – face aux imprévus. Familier des méthodes agiles, Monsieur Grond décide de faire travailler une petite équipe en mode scrum, hors développement logiciel. Le cas met en scène l'équipe projet, qui va devoir appliquer les principes agiles et la méthode scrum afin d'affiner et de prioriser le backlog produit, de planifier et d'exécuter les sprints, et d'ajuster le planning prévisionnel en fonction des revues de sprint.
