Abstract

Change is everywhere. Both continuous and cyclical, this is what drives us. To ignore it is ultimately to refuse your own progress and take the risk of being overwhelmed and disappearing. An organization that remains active is a vigilant, adaptable structure that masters change to make it an asset. Choosing a Human-Centered "5.0" Vision: People are central. He expresses a need, proposes offers and ultimately creates different environments (economic, social, political, etc.). Through his choices and actions, he generates positive as well as negative developments. He must make decisions in the face of the societal changes that all of these interactions have created. Strategic vision 5.0 thus puts people back at the heart of the four other systems of strategy, organization, territories and networks of influence.
