La mise en place d’un outil de contrôle de gestion

Abstract

Le contrôle de gestion fait l'objet de nombreux paradoxes et contradictions (Bouquin et Fiol 2007), et cela dans différents domaines comme la gestion des activités artistiques et culturelles (Amans et al. 2013 ; Chiapello 1997), la gestion des entreprises de l'économie sociale et solidaire (Raedersdorf et Bollinger 2018) ou dans le pilotage des processus d'innovation (Berland et Persiaux 2008; Dangereux et al. 2017). Dans ce dernier domaine, certains auteurs vont à l'encontre du cadre et du contrôle proposé par les outils de contrôle de gestion pour éviter d'annihiler toute créativité (Anderson et al. 2014 ; Chiapello 1997 ; Christensen et al. 2010 ; Gilson et al. 2005 ; Jørgensen et Messner 2009 ; Touchais 2006). Cependant, nous comprenons que les projets d'innovation, stratégiques pour de nombreuses entreprises, nécessitent un suivi de gestion afin que les gestionnaires puissent avoir un aperçu de l'avancée, prendre des décisions et investir. L'équilibre entre contrôle et créativité proposé par Fernez-Walch et Romon (2013) semble difficile à atteindre. Nous nous interrogeons sur la place réelle des outils de contrôle de gestion dans le pilotage des processus d'innovation. Pour cela, nous prenons en compte des travaux basés sur la motivation intrinsèque des collaborateurs et des décideurs (Adler et Chen 2011 ; Grabner et Speckbacher 2016).
