Abstract

Parmi les recommandations publiées en 2009 par le groupe K4G des « économistes de la connaissance » pour valoriser la façon dont le management des connaissances pourrait contribuer au développement européen, celle de « spécialisation intelligente » aura connu un grand succès. Mais son instrumentation s'est éloignée du concept de départ, qui consistait à considérer que chaque cas étant unique et singulier, il s'agissait de se différencier pour se spécialiser.
