Abstract

La Russie n'a pas encore choisi sa voie. Elle a gagné en stabilité politique, mais les facteurs de conflits internes restent encore importants, notamment avec des revenus en stagnation, le pouvoir des oligarques, la fuite des capitaux et l'absence d'une vraie démocratie. La solution européenne pourrait être choisie, même si les regards pour des accords commerciaux importants avec l'Asie et la Chine ne manquent pas de pertinence. Une union plus élaborée de l'Europe avec la Russie, n'est guère prévisible du fait notamment des réticences des anciennes démocraties populaires, du poids de l'économie russe et du manque de solidarité d'une Europe des 25 encore bien fragile dans sa gouvernance.
