Abstract

Cet article porte un regard sur l'organisation et le fonctionnement des Sociétés des Amis des Musées (SAM) étudiées en tant que communautés d'amateurs. Il analyse à travers seize études de cas (dyade président SAM/responsable musée) les pratiques collectives des amateurs adhérents. Il propose également des lignes de recommandations pour les managers de la sphère muséale soucieux d'intégrer l'énergie créative des communautés de passionnés dans le processus de création de valeur.
