Abstract

Les développements récents en économie de l'innovation ont souligné à quel point les connaissances demeurent un élément fondamental de la dynamique productive. Si le modèle général accorde à la firme essentiellement une fonction d'allocation de ressources, les travaux récents (Gaffard, 1990) ont mis au jour une fonction de création de ressources. Les compétences, les savoirs, les savoir-faire sont devenus les révélateurs d'une identité de la firme au sens où ils permettent d'évaluer le stock de connaissances qui lui est spécifique.
