Abstract

La transformation digitale, qui s'est accélérée ces dernières années, nécessite des professionnels du numérique, rares sur le marché du travail. Comme le montre le baromètre IMT des métiers du numérique, tous les secteurs d'activité recherchent les mêmes profils : data scientist, développeur, ingénieurs réseaux, ingénieurs sécurité (…). Dans cet univers, les compétences technologiques sont reines. Pas de numérique sans technologie. À y regarder de plus près, cette réalité en cache une deuxième : l'accélération des besoins en compétences liées aux dimensions humaines de la transformation digitale.
