Abstract

L'importance des compétences relationnelles se renforce dans un monde professionnel en profonde mutation. Il devient urgent, et incontournable, de repenser les dispositifs d'acquisitions de ces dernières suivant six principes d'actions pédagogiques : la pratique, la transversalité, la diversité, la prise de recul, la déconstruction d'idées reçues et un travail systématique.
