Abstract

OpenHR is the first international academic open innovation project in Human Ressources Management, officially launched in September 2016. Several groups of 3-5 students of the master 2 « Digital HRM », from IMT-BS (Institut Mines-Telecom Business School), have 9 months to imagine and design innovative, and operational, solutions in response to HR issues given by companies. They present their POC (Proof of Concept) and Business Case in front of a jury of 20 HR professionals in June. To achieve this goal, they will work with a broad ecosystem of professionals, academics, students from the world of Human Resources, HR innovation and more generally digital transformation. They will also experience different moments of acceleration of their project including « OpenHR Innovations Day » and the international brainstorming.
