Abstract

Développement des compétences dans les entreprises. Comment favoriser les pratiques d'apprentissage informel numérique des salariés ? 61% des salariés ont aujourd'hui recours à l'apprentissage informel numérique pour apprendre et développer leurs compétences. Ce phénomène, en développement, constitue une véritable opportunité pour les entreprises au moment où le développement des compétences est plus que jamais un enjeu de performance pour ces dernières et que l'employabilité des salariés est au cœur de l'actualité.
