Abstract
Le designer RH, nouvelle figure incontournable de la transformation digitale et de la fonction RH ? La transformation digitale : un impact sans appel sur les problématiques RH des entreprises. On le savait déjà mais les derniers chiffres du HRM Digital Lab de Institut Mines-Télécom Business School le confirment : la transformation digitale a un impact sans appel sur les problématiques RH des entreprises. Pour exemple, selon cette deuxième étude sur « les salariés français à l'ère de la transformation digitale »[1], 90% des salariés estiment que leur métier a été impacté par le numérique. Cette même étude confirme l'émergence d'une nouvelle catégorie de salarié : le salarié self RH. Ces salariés utilisent le potentiel offert par le numérique pour gérer par eux-mêmes certaines actions RH. A titre d'exemple, 61% des salariés indiquent pratiquer l'apprentissage informel numérique. Ils ont recourt aux ressources offertes par le numérique pour apprendre et développer leurs compétences par eux-mêmes (suivre des tutoriels vidéos sur youtube, s'informer grâce aux multiples sources numériques disponibles sur Internet, suivre des MOOCs...). [...] Globalement, les bouleversements RH induits par la transformation digitale sont nombreux : évolution des métiers et des compétences, évolution des pratiques et des attentes des salariés au travail, évolution des modes d'organisation du travail, évolution des modes de management, évolution des espaces de travail, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns.
