Abstract

Évolution des attentes des salariés, évolution des modes de travail, digitalisation des outils RH (…), tous ces paramètres modifient aujourd'hui la donne pour les services RH et les encourage à innover dans leurs pratiques. Le projet OpenHR, premier projet académique d'open innovation en ressources humaines, a été créé en 2016 dans ce contexte, pour répondre aux enjeux d'innovation des services RH et former les professionnels RH de demain. En voici les grandes lignes.
