Abstract

L'édition 2019 de l'étude « Les salariés français à l'ère de la transformation digitale » du HRM Digital Lab de Institut Mines-Télécom Business School montre que les salariés français n'ont pas peur de la transformation digitale, voire attendent, pour certains d'entre eux, un engagement plus fort de leur entreprise dans cette transformation.Cette étude a été conduite auprès d'un échantillon représentatif d'un peu plus de 1 000 salariés français, administrée par Opinion Way avec le soutien du CFA-EVE et de l'ANDRH Essonne. Une étude complémentaire a été réalisée auprès de 100 décideurs dans le secteur privé, localisés en Ile-de-France, afin de recueillir leur perception de la transformation digitale dans leur entreprise.
