Abstract

The concept of security is finally rather poorly addressed by political economy. Since risk is always present in men's lives,, the question is what expenditure needs to be made, and in what sectors, to give economic agents guarantees concerning the normal functioning of an open and globalised society. It is therefore a question of defining the content of economic security, particularly in the context of an international economic crisis, of highlighting the forces at work, the unequal power relations, the establishment of a world peace policeman, but also the economy of terrorism, economic intelligence, the defence industries the reconstruction of a country after a war and the importance of the democratic values.
