Abstract

La politique de lutte contre le Covid 19 menée au Nord par confinement a pour effet de transférer au Sud la surmortalité imputable au virus ainsi évitée, en raison de la récession majeure que cette poli-tique entraîne et qui se transmet au Sud, où elle est source de sur-mortalité, plus qu'au Nord.
