Abstract

La mise en place d'un mécanisme d'alerte étendu à la chaîne de valeur afin de prévenir les risques d'atteintes graves aux droits humains, soulève des problématiques inédites et complexes, auxquelles sont confrontées les grandes entreprises, tant sur le plan juridique que managérial. L'objectif de cette recherche sur les achats responsables est d'analyser le couplage possible des dispositifs d'alerte issus de deux lois consécutives, l'une relative à la lutte contre la corruption, l'autre au devoir de vigilance. Le résultat de nos travaux interdisciplinaires montre comment le Groupe La Poste a su, avec agilité, relever le défi de la « Tétranormalisation », en plaçant l'éthique au coeur de ses dispositifs.
