Abstract

Corporate health is a hot topic that affects both employees and managers. However, they often seem to hide that their health is intimately linked to the social responsibility of the company as it contributes to the continuity of the company and thus actively participates in the creation of value. This exploratory survey aims to determine the perception that leaders and managers of small, medium and large companies, of different generations and different countries, their health and their impact on the functioning of the organizations they manage can have.
