Abstract

Ce chapitre examine comment les associations de consommateurs en Europe s'approprient les techniques de lobbying pour devenir individuellement et collégialement une source de transition, une force de proposition dont les stratégies d'influence peuvent affecter les objectifs des entreprises. Nous présentons la façon dont les associations de consommateurs utilisent les transitions environnementales et particulièrement l'innovation technologique afin de faire évoluer leurs stratégies d'influence et asseoir leur statut de partie prenante. Nous présentons les résultats de notre étude qualitative menée sur une population d'associations de consommateurs en Europe et visant à comprendre la réalité et l'évolution de leur pouvoir d'influence.
