Abstract

Dans le champ ouvert par un dialogue constructif entre le religieux et le management, il s'agit ici de voir comment la dimension religieuse peut aider les chercheurs et les praticiens à mieux appréhender le management des structures en réseau. Pour ce faire, une première partie du chapitre s'attache à cerner les caractéristiques de ces structures qui seront, dans une seconde partie, mises en perspective au moyen de quatre invariants du « phénomène religieux » que sont : la Loi, la Communauté, la Voie et l'Expérience.
