Abstract

Ce papier présente la synthèse d'une série d'études réalisées ou en cours de réalisation sur les filières de production et de transformation des produits agricoles. La première partie analyse la structure concurrentielle des firmes dans un environnement caractérisé par l'interdépendance des agents économiques et par le caractère aléatoire des comportements. La deuxième partie met l'accent sur la dimension spatiale des processus analysés et permet d'apprécier la situation concurrentielle des entreprises sur les différents marchés. Dans la troisième partie, l'introduction des zones de production rend possible l'analyse simultanée des trois niveaux de la filière et la détermination des zones les mieux adaptées à la demande.
