RICA and the timing of work: the difficulties of an estimation of the annual horary

Abstract

Si nombre d'analyses micro ou macroéconomiques requièrent la connaissance des quantités annuelles d'heures travaillées, celles-ci ne sont évaluées que grossièrement que ce soit en niveau ou en évolution. Les raisons pour lesquelles la mesure en France non seulement des temps annuels de travail agricole mais aussi des effectifs d'U.T.A. (unité-travailleur annuelle) est peu fiable dans le RICA (Réseau d'Information Comptable Agricole) ressortent d'un examen du dispositif d'Évaluation et des valeurs inscrites dans les fiches d'exploitation (en 1979 et 1980, exercices retenus comme exemples dans cette étude). Quelques comparaisons sont faites avec d'autres sources qui utilisent aussi la méthode de l'enquête orale pour estimer la durée annuelle du travail professionnel de chaque actif agricole.
