Abstract

Ce travail s'appuie sur les résultats d'une étude consacrée à l'analyse des structures industrielles et à l'équilibre du marché dans un espace économique donné lorsque la demande est aléatoire. L'étude a permis de déterminer la configuration naturelle d'un secteur industriel. Cette configuration est obtenue lorsque le nombre de firmes et l'allocation du vecteur de production entre les différentes entreprises minimisent le coût total de production dans l'industrie. L'étude comprend trois parties. Dans la première, après avoir rappelé brièvement les grandes lignes du modèle utilisé et les résultats obtenus lorsque la concurrence porte sur un seul produit, on étudie l'équilibre du marché dans le cas de firmes multiproduits. Dans la deuxième partie, les configurations naturelles de plusieurs marchés interdépendants sont analysées. Enfin, les conditions à réunir pour que les différents marchés tendent chacun, vers une configuration de référence, seront examinées dans une troisième partie.
