Abstract

Монографію присвячено дослідженню юридичних фактів у доктрині приватного права України. Авторами досліджено загальнотеоретичні підходи до розуміння юридичного факту та юридичного складу, розкрито їх ознаки, функції, встановлення та фіксація, визначено їх роль і місце в правовому регулюванні суспільних відносин. Окрему наукову увагу в монографії приділено новим підходам щодо класифікаційного критерію юридичних фактів та юридичних складів, розумінню дефектності юридичних складів. Монографія адресована науковим та науково-педагогічним працівникам вищих навчальних закладів і наукових установ, студентам, аспірантам, докторантам, адвокатам, нотаріусам та всім, хто цікавиться актуальними питаннями цивільного права України.
