Abstract

Cet article propose un décryptage des relations relatives au contrôle et à la gestion de la ressource foncière, au sein de groupes familiaux de migrants Sénoufo installés en Basse-Côte. L'analyse vise, à travers une démarche de type ethnographique, à cerner le contenu et les titulaires des droits fonciers, la question de l'articulation des unités socio-économiques et les éventuels conflits intrafamiliaux et leurs sources. Elle montre en particulier comment l'individualisation des droits d'usage des terres familiales ne s'accompagne pas d'une individualisation de leur appropriation, et comment l'accès aux terres familiales doit être apprécié au regard des opportunités d'accès à la terre à travers le marché foncier locatif.
