Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est d'étudier ces relations à la lumière des particularités de l'innovation et de la RSE dans le secteur agroalimentaire. Pour ce faire, une enquête a été réalisée auprès de 322 entreprises agroalimentaires du Languedoc-Roussillon et visait notamment à les interroger sur la déclinaison des principes du développement durable dans leur organisation,autrement dit sur la RSE, mais aussi sur leur dynamique d'innovation. L'étude de la relation entre innovation et développement durable est respectivement effectuée à partir de l'analyse des innovations décrites et d'une échelle de mesure des actions sociétales réalisées. Ainsi, les auteures testent le lien entre les types d'innovations réalisées et l'engagement des entreprises dans les différentes dimensions du développement durable. Dans une première partie, elles rappelleront les principaux travaux ayant analysé la relation entre innovation et développement durable dans les entreprises, en spécifiant les particularités de l'agroalimentaire à cet égard. Dans une seconde partie, elle présentent et commentent les résultats de leur étude.
