Abstract

La présente charte précise chaque étape du processus de la démarche qualité. Elle présente notamment l'élaboration du questionnaire puis la préparation de la collecte des données, la saisie, la gestion des dossiers relatifs au processus du cycle de vie des données, l'archivage et pour finir la mise à disposition des données. En fin de charte, un pense "pas" bête permet à chacun de faire un bilan des points incontournables à prendre en compte lors de la réalisation d'enquêtes de terrain. Cette grille permet de se positionner et d'établir un degré de réalisation des critères nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d'une démarche qualité.
