Abstract

L'evolution de l'emploi agricole depend principalement des transformations affectant d'une part la demande de produits agricoles et d'autre part les conditions d'utilisation et de reproduction de la force de travail salariee dans l'ensemble de l'economie. Elle s'effectue par la mediation de comportements individuels specifiques. Le role de l'ecole, l'importance de la socialisation des jeunes adultes et de la transmission intergenerationnelle des exploitations sont particulierement soulignes.
