Abstract

La crise, realite omnipresente depuis une quinzaine d'annees, a transforme, sous ses multiples facettes, l'environnement economique international. Pour constater les changements produits, l'analyse des mouvements de capitaux au niveau mondial a ete privilegiee. C'est autour de l'axe France-Etats-Unis, tous secteurs confondus, puis plus precisement au niveau du secteur agroalimentaire, que le declin de l'hegemonie americaine et l'emergence d'un systeme multipolaire sont mis en evidence.
