Abstract

La régulation des échanges mondiaux de cacao procède-t-elle d'une simple mécanique de formation du prix en fonction de l'offre et de la demande ? Ou bien existe-t-il des acteurs dominants manipulant les paramètres du marché ? Par une interprétation composant plusieurs paradigmes économiques, il est possible de rendre compte de la complexité des processus à l'oeuvre : les choix d'acteurs se combinent avec l'inertie des paramètres structurels pour modeler dans le temps et dans l'espace la dynamique des échanges de cacao dans le monde.
