Abstract

Les installations non aidées (sans Dotation jeune agriculteur) représentent environ un tiers des installations jeunes agriculteurs. Depuis quelques années, ces installations suscitent l'attention de la presse et du syndicalisme agricoles. Les règles de plus en plus exigeantes (niveau scolaire...) d'accès à la Dotation jeune agriculteur écartent un nombre croissant de jeunes des diverses aides comme des droits à produire (quotas...). Cependant, ils produisent, occupent le territoire, entretiennent le paysage. Dans le présent contexte économique, social et politique, le mode de répartition des aides diverses entre régions, productions et types d'agriculteurs suscite fréquemment un sentiment de discrimination et d'exclusion. Il serait judicieux de répartir plus équitablement les subventions sur l'ensemble des actifs agricoles.
