Abstract

Les auteurs analysent les implications de la régulation des attributs relatifs aux méthodes de production dans le contexte du commerce international et appliquent leur travail aux produits agro-alimentaires. Pour garantir la loyauté des transactions dans un marché de biens de croyance, ils soulignent l'importance de la phase de définition en amont des phases de vérification et de signalement. Afin d'éviter certains effets pervers susceptibles de découler de la mondialisation des échanges, les auteurs mettent en évidence la nécessité d'une coopération internationale.
