Abstract

L'article s'appuie sur des travaux qui proposaient la notion de "forme organisationnelle" pour représenter la diversité des entreprises de l'industrie des vins et spiritueux. L'objet est de montrer qu'il est possible de proposer une mesure globale de la spécificité des entreprises en utilisant le degré de stabilité de ces formes organisationnelles et de tester la relation spécificité/intégration.
