Abstract

Il y a plus de quinze ans, Économie rurale a permis à A. Mollard et B. Pecqueur de construire le «corpus » du panier de biens et de services, avec une vision innovante de la recomposition des espaces ruraux autour des relations entre produits, qualité et territoires. Ce numéro spécial leur permet de dire ce qu'il en est advenu aujourd'hui : le panier de biens et de services est désormais un modèle construit autour de concepts fondateurs, avec une portée générale et une variabilité territoriale mieux évaluées.
